This is something that I’ve had on my mind for a while and wanted to share with you guys. I can’t help it but notice how lately, I’ve been seeing more young people at the gym all around the place, and I couldn’t be more proud of that. You see, for whatever the reason you might be concerned about your health, the fact that you are concerned make all the difference in the world. I know how our young ladies wanna watch their weight, wanna be able to fit into a specific type of dress and all that, but that’s not what it’s all about. When someone exercises, your heart is working harder, which in essence make it pump and receive blood at a higher and faster level, but in that process, the heart sends blood to the lungs where it picks up more oxygen and dump out the thrash collected form the rest of our body. The more one exercises, the more vigorously that process occurs and the better it is for your body because now the blood is able to once again roll around and pick up more thrash to be dumped out. The reason behind all that is this: you know how we all talk about change, want change, and wanna work towards change, well change starts with individuals, and one of the things we must change in America is health. Over 70% of all “natural cause” deaths in America have something to do with heart and blood flow. Heart problems are the number one killer in America. It’s time we change that, each one within you. Let’s wake up “young America”, and let’s make a change. Ladies, yes I know you wanna look skinny and fit into that special dress, I personally like some meat on my women (spoken like a true Haitian man), but let’s not make it about size, lets’ make it about health, just get up and walk twice around the block and do it twice a week. Guys, I know we wanna be macho men with the weight and the iron, I can personally max bench press 250 pounds, but I’m not half as proud to tell you that as I am to tell you that I run 5 to 7 miles, 1 to 2 times a week, and I love it. Let’s make a change young America. 25 yrs from now you wanna be able to sway: I’m paying to see a dr. because I want to, not because I have to……..
